ČD cargo shall process the private information of any person registered via the http://www.cdcargo.cz/ website for an indefinite period of time until the consent given by such registered person is recalled. Any person providing information shall acknowledge that such consent can be recalled anytime in writing, and the information erased by our Company.
ČD cargo, as the Operator of the http://www.cdcargo.cz/ website, hereby informs all parties providing their information that any data obtained through the forms shall be considered highly private, and used by ČD cargo solely for ČD cargo’s internal needs, pursuant to Act 101/2000 Sb., Protection of Private Information Act, to improve ČD cargo services, and for ČD cargo marketing purposes. None of your private information will be provided to any other company without your approval.
