Regulations


All documents and regulations published by České dráhy are contained in the digital database named IS NORMIS. Access into the database is subject to specific provisions of the ČD M 1 regulation.

The database can be made available to any party outside České dráhy’s environment by the specific personnel at GD ČD and ČD – Telematika, a.s. The database IS NORMIS may only be made available based on the conclusion of a relevant contract, and the covering of all costs related to the establishment of such database access.

Establishing the Access

Access to the IS NORMIS database via the Internet can be established based on filing the ‚Žádost o zřízení přístupu do databáze IS NORMIS“ (Application for Establishing Access to the IS NORMIS Database), which is sent to the ČD-Telematika, a.s., Sales Department. Application does not require a specific form and can be sent by post or electronically. After delivery, you will be contacted by the employee in charge, who will discuss everything with you in detail.

The application for establishing access to the IS NORMIS database must include the following information:

  • Name of the legal/natural person
  • Address (registered seat)
  • Contact person: name, position, phone, e-mail
  • Reason for the application (such as an application based on a contract made with ČD, a.s. – number of the contract etc., or possibly a copy of the contract to reduce handling time)
  • TNP documents, to which the access is applied
  • Date of filing
