On Saturday, September 23, 2017, another National Railway Day was held. This time, an important railway junction Bohumín became its venue. This year's show was divided into three sections titled World of Fun, World of History and World of Change. ČD Cargo was represented at the event by Vectron 383.003, located in the World of Change. A covered wagon with exhibition of ČD Cargo was also present.

In addition to exposed railway vehicles, it was possible to take a ride by historic trains along adjacent railway lines, including the siding network of the carrier AWT. These rides, regardless of weather conditions, were very attractive for photographers, too. In one of the trips, the steam locomotive 556.506 "Štokr" together with "Polka" PT 47-65 took the lead of the set of Falls wagons from Bohumín Vrbice to the stabling siding on "Šunychl" and back. At the opposite end, they were assisted by a diesel "Sergey" 781.529.

An interesting novelty was an arrangement of the evening show of locomotives on the turntable of the Bohumín depot. Those interested in rail transport can look forward to another similar event, albeit to a lesser extent, on October 6, 2017 on the premises of the SOKV Ústí nad Labem. Everyone is invited.
