There is always something going on, on the railway. This is the place where you can find the most recent information not only about what is happening in our company CD Cargo, but also various interesting affairs taking place on the traffic market, and other.
Children born after 1982 are often referred to as Generation Y. Sometimes they are also called “millennials” because they finished high school in 2000 and later. Generation Y today represents a significant group of the labor market. It is a group with specific requirements for employers represented today by Generation X.
The involvement of Generation Y in the work process and other topics was discussed at the conference "Work by Y". Second edition of the conference was held on 26 September by the magazine Modern management in cooperation with the Traffic Education Institute. Ivan Bednarik, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ČD Cargo, also talked about the experience with the “millennials”.
Successful representatives of both generations met together on the stage to share their experiences and view of working life.
