On 13 April 2022, the Pardubice 2022 Railway Conference took place under the auspices of Member of Parliament Martin Kolovratník. From the venue, the participants had a unique view of the construction site of the Pardubice main railway station which in an interesting way complemented the atmosphere of the meeting of almost 200 representatives of the sector.

The most important participants included CEOs Michal Krapinec (České dráhy) and Jiří Svoboda (Správa železnic). Minister of Transport Martin Kupka also dedicated almost an hour of his time to the conference.

The event outlined the burning issues of rail transport today and in the near future. The most important signal the conference indicated could be summed up in a few words, namely that investment in railways will not be cut under any circumstances.
