This project is being implemented within the call No. 35 “Training is a chance” announced by the Ministry of Labour & Social Affairs. The funds are provided from the state budget and from the European Social Fund of which a grant was provided in an amount of CZK 8,902,646.37 for the project implementation when the total costs of the project amount to CZK 14,897,477.28.Tento projekt je realizov\u00e1n v r\u00e1mci v\u00fdzvy \u010d. 35 \u201e\u0160kolen\u00ed je \u0161ance”, kterou vyhl\u00e1silo Ministerstvo pr\u00e1ce a soci\u00e1ln\u00edch v\u011bc\u00ed. Finan\u010dn\u00ed prost\u0159edky jsou poskytnuty ze st\u00e1tn\u00edho rozpo\u010dtu a Evropsk\u00e9ho soci\u00e1ln\u00edho fondu, ze kter\u00e9ho byla poskytnuta dotace pro realizaci projektu v hodnot\u011b 8.902.646,37 K\u010d, kdy\u017e celkov\u00e9 n\u00e1klady na jeho realizaci \u010din\u00ed 14.897.477,28 K\u010d. <\/p>

The main target is the implementation of professional and specific education for 290 selected employees of CD Cargo, a.s.Z\u00e1kladn\u00edm c\u00edlem je realizace odborn\u00e9ho i specifick\u00e9ho vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed pro 290 vybran\u00fdch zam\u011bstnanc\u016f spole\u010dnosti \u010cD Cargo, a.s.<\/p>

Project objectives: 290 employees in total will attend selected professional courses and specific education events in the course of seven months from February 1, 2010, to August 31, 2010.C\u00edle projektu: Celkem 290 zam\u011bstnanc\u016f podstoup\u00ed v pr\u016fb\u011bhu sedmi m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f od 1. \u00fanora 2010 do 31. srpna 2010 vybran\u00e9 odborn\u00e9 kurzy i specifick\u00e9 vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed akce. <\/p>

The major part of the project focuses on the education of train drivers to whom the course will give an opportunity to enhance their qualification in professional courses. This will increase their employability in the labour railway transport market. Train drivers will thus be able to attend the basic motor course and requalification courses for direct current, alternating and multiple-system electric traction. Train drivers operating in the area of transition border stations will also be able to enhance their qualification in relevant foreign languages, mainly German and Polish.P\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st projektu se zam\u011b\u0159uje na vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed strojvedouc\u00edch, kte\u0159\u00ed si prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm tohoto projektu budou moci zvy\u0161ovat kvalifikaci v odborn\u00fdch kurzech, kter\u00e9 jim umo\u017en\u00ed zv\u00fd\u0161it uplatnitelnost na trhu pr\u00e1ce v oblasti \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed dopravy. Strojvedouc\u00ed se tak budou \u00fa\u010dastnit z\u00e1kladn\u00edho motorov\u00e9ho kurzu, p\u0159e\u0161kolovac\u00edch kurz\u016f na stejnosm\u011brnou, st\u0159\u00eddavou a v\u00edcesyst\u00e9movou elektrickou trakci. Strojvedouc\u00ed operuj\u00edc\u00ed v obvodu pohrani\u010dn\u00edch p\u0159echodov\u00fdch stanic si z\u00e1rove\u0148 budou moci zv\u00fd\u0161it kvalifikaci v relevantn\u00edch ciz\u00edch jazyc\u00edch, a to p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v n\u011bmeck\u00e9m a polsk\u00e9m. <\/p>

Welders operating in individual CD Cargo, a.s.’s Rail vehicle repair centres (Ceske Budejovice, Ostrava and Usti nad Labem) will attend various re-qualification courses during the project implementation to extend their welding field of competence.Sv\u00e1\u0159e\u010di p\u016fsob\u00edc\u00ed v jednotliv\u00fdch St\u0159edisc\u00edch oprav kolejov\u00fdch vozidel \u010cD Cargo, a.s. (\u010cesk\u00fdch Bud\u011bjovic\u00edch, Ostrav\u011b a \u00dast\u00ed nad Labem) podstoup\u00ed v pr\u016fb\u011bhu realizace projektu r\u016fzn\u00e9 rekvalifika\u010dn\u00ed zkou\u0161ky, d\u00edky kter\u00fdm si roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159\u00ed pole p\u016fsobnosti ve sv\u00e1\u0159e\u010dsk\u00e9 \u010dinnosti.<\/p>

During February and March, vendors of trainings and courses implemented within individual activities were selected. In March, the project implementation team thus one by one initiated individual courses for the target group. Apart from Ceska Trebova where the majority of professional courses for train drivers will take place, courses have been running also in Ceske Budejovice, Most, ostrava, Plzen and Znojmo.V pr\u016fb\u011bhu \u00fanora a\u017e b\u0159ezna byli vybr\u00e1ni dodavatel\u00e9 \u0161kolen\u00ed a kurz\u016f realizovan\u00fdch v r\u00e1mci jednotliv\u00fdch aktivit. Realiza\u010dn\u00ed t\u00fdm projektu tak v pr\u016fb\u011bhu b\u0159ezna zah\u00e1jil postupn\u011b jednotliv\u00e9 kurzy pro c\u00edlovou skupinu. Kurzy krom\u011b \u010cesk\u00e9 T\u0159ebov\u00e9, kde se uskute\u010dn\u00ed velk\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161ina odborn\u00fdch kurz\u016f pro strojvedouc\u00ed, prob\u00edhaj\u00ed tak\u00e9 v \u010cesk\u00fdch Bud\u011bjovic\u00edch, Most\u011b, Ostrav\u011b, Plzni a Znojm\u011b. <\/p>

The supplier of train drivers’ professional courses is Dopravni Vzdelavaci institut, a.s. (The Rails Institute for Corporate Education, joint stock company); the supplier of German and Polish language courses for train drivers became the company Skrivanek s.r.o.. The tender for education of welders was divided in three parts by the localities of the Rail vehicle repairs centre. For SOKV (the Rail vehicle repairs centre), the tests for welders will be held by the company BIS Czech, s.r.o. in Most, for SOKV Ostrava by the company Dopravni Vzdelavaci institut, a.s. (The Rails Institute for Corporate Education, joint stock company) in Ceska Trebova, and for SOKV Ceske Budejovice by the company EGE, s.r.o. directly in Ceske Budejovice. <\/p>

On May 31, 2010, Change Decision No. 1 was signed on the provision of a grant for the project. The project implementation team hence extended the education activities by further intense German courses for 21 train drivers, as well as by a publication that will complement the just completed courses of both the German and the Polish language. The said publication will be a Polish-German rail freight transport dictionary offering a triple-language mutation of the most frequent vocabulary used in the performance of railway professions, including specific terminology. The project, the implementation phase of which was extended by two months, was further enriched by a requalification course for multisystem electric tractions E3 for 30 train drivers, and by tests and courses of defectoscopy for welders.Dne 31.5.2010 bylo podeps\u00e1no Rozhodnut\u00ed o zm\u011bn\u011b \u010d. 1 rozhodnut\u00ed o poskytnut\u00ed dotace na tento projekt. Realiza\u010dn\u00ed t\u00fdm projektu proto roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159il vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed aktivity o dal\u0161\u00ed intenzivn\u00ed kurzy n\u011bmeck\u00e9ho jazyka pro 21 strojvedouc\u00edch a tak\u00e9 o publikaci, kter\u00e1 bude vhodn\u011b dopl\u0148ovat pr\u00e1v\u011b realizovan\u00e9 kurzy jak n\u011bmeck\u00e9ho, tak i polsk\u00e9ho jazyka. Touto publikac\u00ed bude Polsko-n\u011bmecko-\u010desk\u00fd slovn\u00edk \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1kladn\u00ed p\u0159epravy, kter\u00fd nab\u00eddne trojjazy\u010dnou mutaci nejb\u011b\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed slovn\u00ed z\u00e1soby pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 p\u0159i v\u00fdkonu \u017eelezni\u010dn\u00edch profes\u00ed, v\u010detn\u011b specifick\u00e9 terminologie. Projekt, jeho\u017e doba realizace byla prodlou\u017eena o dva m\u011bs\u00edce, byl z\u00e1rove\u0148 roz\u0161\u00ed\u0159en o p\u0159e\u0161kolovac\u00ed kurz pro v\u00edcesyst\u00e9mov\u00e9 elektrick\u00e9 trakce E3 pro 30 strojvedouc\u00edch a zkou\u0161ky a kurzy defektoskopie pro sv\u00e1\u0159e\u010de. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
