\u010cD Cargo, a.s. accepts notifications from natural persons containing information about a possible unlawful act of which the notifier has become aware in connection with work or other similar activity for \u010cD Cargo, a.s. and which has the characteristics of a criminal offence or misdemeanour or violates a legal regulation or a regulation of the European Union, pursuant to Act No. 171\/2023 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers, as amended (the “Notification<\/strong>” and the “Act<\/strong>“).<\/p>

The notification can be submitted through the internal notification system of \u010cD Cargo, a.s. or through the Ministry of Justice. The notification may be made in person, in writing \u2013 in paper form or electronically (by e-mail) \u2013 or by telephone. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

          \u010cD Cargo a.s. vylu\u010duje p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed Ozn\u00e1men\u00ed od osoby, kter\u00e1 pro \u010cD Cargo, a.s. nevykon\u00e1v\u00e1 pr\u00e1ci nebo jinou obdobnou \u010dinnost podle \u00a7 2 odst. 3 p\u00edsm. a), b), h) nebo i) Z\u00e1kona , tj. kter\u00e9 pro \u010cD Cargo, a.s. nevykon\u00e1vaj\u00ed z\u00e1vislou pr\u00e1ci vykon\u00e1vanou v z\u00e1kladn\u00edm pracovn\u011bpr\u00e1vn\u00edm vztahu, dobrovolnickou \u010dinnost nebo odbornou praxi \u010di st\u00e1\u017e. \u010cD Cargo a.s. vylu\u010duje p\u0159ij\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed anonymn\u00edch ozn\u00e1men\u00ed. Anonymn\u00edm oznamovatel\u016fm nen\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed ochrana dle Z\u00e1kona. <\/p>

          The notifier must be aware of his responsibility for a knowingly false notification, including criminal liability, especially for offenses of defamation in accordance with the provisions of Section 184 of the Criminal Code and\/or of a criminal charge under Section 345 of the Criminal Code, when making the notification.
