ORGANIZER OF THE COMPETITION<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e946ad2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e946ad2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>\u010cD Cargo, a.s., company Id No.: 281 96 678, with its registered office at Prague 7, Hole\u0161ovice, Jankovcova 1569\/2c, Postcode 170 00 (hereinafter referred to as the \u201c<strong>Organiser<\/strong>\u201d), is organising a photo competition (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cCompetition\u201d) in the Czech Republic from 23 June 2025 to 30 September 2025.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a8ed243 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a8ed243\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. DATE OF THE COMPETITION<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3d15ba7 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3d15ba7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The Organiser will hold the Competition on the following dates:<\/p><ul><li>Opening of the Competition: 23\/06\/2025<\/li><li>End of the Competition: 30\/09\/2025<\/li><li>Announcement of winners: 20\/10\/2025<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-12ee75b elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"12ee75b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. PARTICIPANTS IN THE COMPETITION<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-86f7884 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"86f7884\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The participants of the Competition are the competitors and, if applicable, their legal representatives.<\/p><p>A natural person (individual) can become a competitor:<\/p><ol><li>over 15 years of age and legally competent to act, or<\/li><li>under the age of 15 (hereinafter referred to as \u201c<strong>Child<\/strong>\u201d), represented by a legal guardian over the age of 18,<\/li><\/ol><p>and who chooses to participate in the Competition in accordance with these Rules (\u201c<strong>Competitor<\/strong>\u201d).<\/p><p>Participants who do not properly meet the required terms and conditions of the Competition will be disqualified from the Competition. Participants who act contrary to the rules of the Competition or good manners and\/or participants who participate in the Competition by means of a photograph whose content or form is contrary to good manners or the legitimate interests of the Organiser will be disqualified from the Competition. If it turns out that this participant is a winner despite the above, e.g. due to false information provided by him\/her, he\/she will not be entitled to the prize. Any participant who fails to comply with these rules in any way is also disqualified from the Competition. By participating in the Competition, the Competitor confirms his\/her agreement to the terms and conditions of the Competition.     <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6039e00 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"6039e00\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">4. COMPETITION DESCRIPTION<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0f852d0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0f852d0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The participant sends the photographs in digital form with a minimum resolution of 297 x 420 mm at 300 dpi, or 4 962 x 3 507 pixels (thumbnails or reduced images from web galleries cannot be printed in the sufficient size!) in jpeg format to the email address <a href=\"mailto:fotosoutez@cdcargo.cz\">fotosoutez@cdcargo.cz<\/a>. <\/p><p>In order to be enrolled in the Competition, it is a condition that each applicant must include his\/her name, surname, contact address, date of birth, email address, telephone number and a caption for the photo in the email. If the applicant is a Child, it is necessary to provide the personal data mentioned in the previous sentence, both for the Child and the legal guardian. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-decb80e elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"decb80e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">5. COMPETITION MECHANICS<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-43c1707 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"43c1707\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The aim of the Competition is to send photos with the theme of \u010cD Cargo within the Competition deadline. The selected photographs will be used in the creation of the \u010cD Cargo, a.s. calendar for 2026 and for promotional and advertising purposes of \u010cD Cargo, a.s. Only photographs created by the competitor can be submitted to the Competition. The photographer is fully responsible for the content of the photographs and for any injuries to the persons depicted in the photographs. Each competitor is considered the author of the photo.   <\/p><p>Each competitor can participate in the Competition with any number of photos.<\/p><p>Each competitor can win a maximum of one prize per Competition.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b6d15d5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"b6d15d5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">6. If the winner is an employee of \u010cD Cargo, a.s., this information will also be published. <\/p><p>The competitor whose photograph has been selected for the 2026 \u010cD Cargo, a.s. calendar and for other promotional and advertising purposes of \u010cD Cargo, a.s. undertakes to grant the Organizer an exclusive licence for 10 years, unlimited in quantity and location, relating to the selected photograph. The licence will be granted as requested by the Organiser. <\/p><p>Furthermore, the author of each photograph that is selected and used for promotional and advertising purposes will receive a royalty fee of CZK 300 for each such photograph. This will be reduced by 15% income tax when sent. Each author is obliged to provide his\/her bank account number for the payment of the fee as requested by the Organiser. Failure to provide a bank account number will result in non-payment of royalty fees.   <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-60cdb51 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"60cdb51\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">8. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-88ef45d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"88ef45d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The controller of the personal data processed within the framework of this Competition is \u010cD Cargo, a.s., with registered office at Jankovcova 1569\/2c, Postcode 17000, Prague 7, ID No. 28196678.<\/p><p>By participating in the Competition, the competitor acknowledges the processing of the personal data provided for the purposes of this Competition, including: name, surname, contact address, date of birth, e-mail address, telephone number (hereinafter referred to as \u201c<strong>Personal Data<\/strong>\u201d). Personal Data will be processed for the purposes of verifying the valid participation of the competitor in the Competition, the management of the Competition, its organisation and evaluation, including the announcement of winners and the handover of prizes, for the duration of the Competition according to these rules and 1 year after the end of the Competition for the purpose of checking compliance with the rules, handover, implementation of prizes and any disputes. The Personal Data of the winners and other Competitors whose photographs have been selected for the creation of the \u010cD Cargo, a.s. calendar for 2026 and for other promotional and advertising purposes of \u010cD Cargo, a.s. will be archived in accordance with the \u010cD Cargo, a.s.
