The company&#8217;s day-to-day operations and strategic tasks will continue without restriction. <\/p><p><em>\u201cAt the end of my five-year term, I have decided to resign from my position as Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO of \u010cD Cargo. I am resigning for serious personal reasons, as I am no longer able to devote the same amount of attention and time to \u010cD Cargo as I have done until now. I would like to thank all our business partners and colleagues for their cooperation. The company is now stable and has taken further restructuring steps to ensure its long-term prosperity,\u201d   <\/em> said Tom\u00e1\u0161 T\u00f3th on his resignation.<\/p><p><em>\u201cI would like to thank Tom\u00e1\u0161 T\u00f3th for his work for \u010cD Cargo.
