In response to changing conditions on the transport market, the company is going through an exceptionally difficult period of restructuring, therefore the result of the negotiations is proof of the constructive approach of all parties involved. This clearly declared the interest of the company&#8217;s management and social partners to ensure stable conditions for employees, which is the basis for the company&#8217;s continued successful operation on the market.
