Tables with advance payments for foreign transport charges

The tables with advance payments for foreign transport charges (TZZP) enable the railway station to determine the advance payment for the transportation in a foreign section in cases when it cannot set the price according to tariffs that are available to it. The railway station will collect the advance payments if in NL CIM there will be no contract on  central accounting or if there will be an invalid contract on central accounting, or if the payer of the transport charge will be ordered to pay in cash.

Note: For imports into the Czech Republic it can be used for the calculation of the advance payment for foreign transport records of railway companies in the particular accounting section of NL CIM.

The advance payment for the foreign transport charge is determined in such a way that, using the tables with advance payments for foreign transport charges, it is consolidated for:

  • the track section ČR A - according to the tariffs TVZ or international tariffs
  • transit behind the foreign section B1… - according to transit TZZP
  • delivery behind the foreign section C - according to import, export TZZP

Advance payment = A + B1… + C

In TRANSIT TABLES the distances in kilometers are averaged. For the particular weight classes, the amounts according to the relevant transit tariffs are added to the accrued distance.

THE TABLES FOR IMPORT AND EXPORT are divided into zones of 200 km and for each zone and weight classes the amounts according to the relevant tariffs are added to.
