The joint-stock company ČD Cargo has successfully completed the ECM certification process. The European Union Agency for Railways (ERA) announced this through the Rail Authority. The audit took place at the Rolling Stock Maintenance and Repairs Department, as well as at all Rolling Stock Repair Centres. We requested the audit more than six months before the obligatory effective date under the 4^th Railway Package.

The issue of the relevant certificates which can be found HERE, proves the compliance with the conditions of the European Parliament and Council Directive (EU) 2016/798 and the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/779) for the performance of activities of the Entity in Charge of Maintenance (ECM) for all railway vehicles – locomotives, passenger cars, wagons, special vehicles or track machinery.
