Thursday, 9 November 2023, belonged to the already 19th conference of ČD Cargo in the Horal Hotel in Špindlerův Mlýn which was aimed primarily at our valued business partners. Just like every year, we offered our customers an interesting program in which, with the support of important characters from our political, economic and professional life, we were convincing them that rail freight transport has a future and makes a necessary and, above all, sustainable part of their logistics chains.
In the second conference block, we presented ČD Cargo as a long-term strong and stable partner. And these are not just empty words – we have been modernizing the vehicle fleet, offering our customers new IT applications that facilitate mutual cooperation, and newly, our partners have a 24/7 customer service centrum at their disposal in Česká Třebová. The program was enriched with interesting videos and animations, and the discussion at the end of both blocks was stimulating, too.
All customers also received information about the price and business strategy of ČD Cargo at the conference. However, the autumn will definitely not be easy. The results of business negotiations will have to be transformed into business contracts and, above all, into the concrete implementation of business cases.
