Thanks to activities of its subsidiaries and companies with participation of ČD Cargo, one of the main goals of the company, namely expansion to foreign markets, is successful. A proof of synergies between the parent company and the subsidiaries is the transport of diesel oil to Vlčany in Slovakia on the Šaľa - Neded railway line. There are warehouses of the JOPI company in Vlčany.

At the head of the ČD Cargo railway tanks, a twin of 740 ODOS locomotives, which are leased to the carrier Carborail, appeared. The transport was commercially covered by CD Cargo Slovakia.
