On September 12, 2017, exactly on the fifteenth anniversary of the establishment of the Austrian company Innofreigt, celebrations of this anniversary took place at its own terminal in Sankt Michael in Obersteiermark. The company was founded in 2002 to offer customers Innovative technology to enable new rail transport.

The whole event, which included an essential birthday cake or a marathon runner competing with a train from Eisenerz, was moderated by Mr. Peter Wanek-Pusset, who, together with Bernhard Grentner, is one of the two founders and directors of the company. One of the most important partners of the event was ČD Cargo, represented by Chairman of the Board of Directors Ivan Bednárik and Sales Department Director Vlasta Slavíková.

Worthy of attention was Vectron 383.003 ČD Cargo locomotive with the newly built containers, which were part of the presentation for the participants of the event.

The presentation of the state-of-the-art ČD Cargo technique in Austria also demonstrated ČD Cargo's active interest in entering the rail freight market, for which our company has already acquired a license and other necessary formal conditions.
