There is always something going on, on the railway. This is the place where you can find the most recent information not only about what is happening in our company CD Cargo, but also various interesting affairs taking place on the traffic market, and other.
On 30 August 2021, the modernized locomotive 742,727 of ČD Cargo was at the head of the Mn 52688 train, the task of which was to transport four Res series wagons loaded with rails from Třinecké železárny from Chomutov to Kadaň.
The rails are intended for reconstruction of the 600 m long section Kadaň - Kadaň předměstí and the 75 m long rails were unloaded just at the stop Kadaň předměstí.
As part of this construction, the section will be electrified, a new platform will be built at the station and a new communication and security device will be installed, including an information device for passengers.
