With effect from 01.01.2023, the joint-stock company ČD Cargo issues the full wording of the Contractual transport conditions of ČD Cargo, a.s. (SPP) after Amendment 16.
The subject of Amendment No. 16 to the SPP is, in particular, introduction of Annex No. 20 which specifies an overview of obligations in service of handling points and rules for mutual handover of railway wagons for loading and unloading, and it replaces the previously negotiated Agreements on service of the handling points. Next changes in the text have been made in Chapter 2.20 (Circumstances preventing carriage) and Annex 8 (Sealing of tank wagons).
Changes in the text are color-coded.
