Change in the payment of demurrage fees for stays of ČD Cargo wagons with some foreign carriers

Due to the change in the method of payment of demurrage fees for the stay of wagons during their stay with the carrier TCDD, ZAN 040-75-2023 has been announced with effect from 1/2/2023 for the transport of consignments in wagons of ČD Cargo, a.s., to Turkey and transported by the carrier TCDD (75). As an exception to the ZAN, the entry "PD84.75" in the CIM Consignment Note applies. With this record, the customer undertakes to pay (depending on the type of loaded wagon) the ancillary charge PD 84.75 listed on www.cdcargo.cz in the What we follow section.

Transports of consignments in wagons of ČD Cargo, a.s., are treated in a similar way (ZAN announced, current PD tariff available on www.cdcargo.cz in the What we follow section) also for the following carriers:

PD 27.34 for transports with carriers 0041 HSH, 0044 ŽRS, 0050 ŽFBH, 0062 ŽCG, 0065 MŽ, 2172 Srbija Kargo (transit via Serbia)
PD 84.01 for transports to Italy with the carrier 2183 Mercitalia Rail
PD 84.72 for transports to Serbia with the carrier 2172 Srbija Kargo
PD 84.83 for transports to Italy with the carrier 3499 Compagnia Ferroviaria Italiana
