With effect from 1.12.2020, the joint-stock company ČD Cargo issues the consolidated version of the the Contractual Carriage Conditions of ČD Cargo, a.s. after amendment No. 14.

The subject of amendment No. 14 of the Contractual Carriage Conditions is the addition of the principles for the handing over of wagons, the calculation of carriage charges for empty wagons, the updating of the provisions on "silent wagons" and the right to reverse charge for late release of the loading yard. At the same time, the text of the Contractual Carriage Conditions is updated in line with the development of legislation in freight transportation.
