PD 84.75

ZAN and PD 84.75 effective from 1.2.2023

For transports of wagon loads in wagons of ČD Cargo, a.s., to Turkey and transported by the carrier TCDD, ZAN 040-75-2023 has been announced. The reason rests in a change in the method of the demurrage payment for the wagons during their stay with this carrier.

As an exception to the ZAN, the entry "PD84.75" in the CIM Consignment Note applies. With this record, the customer undertakes to pay (depending on the type of the loaded wagon) the ancillary charges PD84.75 specified in the attached documents xls and pdf. The charges are divided into two categories: a) transports to stations in the European part, b) transports to stations in the Asian part (via the Marmaray tunnel).

Payment of PD 84.75 does not affect the obligation to pay PD 27.34 for transit through countries where PD 27.34 is to be paid.

ZAN 193-75-2020 has also been amended in relation to the payment of wagon utilization fee in connection with the announcement of this ZAN.
