Specific education of corporate lecturers and operating employees of CD Cargo, a.s., in the area of handover / acceptance of wagons from /by carriers

The project was divided in two basic phases:

1. Creation of methodology and training of company lecturers
2. Training of operating employees

Based on the cooperation of a professional team of methodologists in Phase I, a methodology and training material were created - Guide of handover and acceptance of wagons and consignments from carriers.

Phase II then involved training of 890 operating employees who could get familiar with practical examples and theory associated with the handover and takeover of wagons. A two-day tutorial was aimed at extension of employees' knowledge and, due to specific examples from particular regions, also clarification of work in the field.

The evaluation of satisfaction questionnaires indicates that the entire training concept meant a great benefit for CD Cargo, a.s. Currently other groups of employees undergo the education concept.  The training has been taking place beyond the project itself.
