Aims and activities of the project
The aim of the project was to improve the level of knowledge and skills of both the ČD Cargo, a.s., and partner organisation from Brno ALTWORX s.r.o. employees and secure the unity of their qualifications and competences with requirements for their work.
Number of people involved in the project (supported people): 225; of which 183 employees took part in courses for total of 40 hours minimum.
Project activities:
- Technical and other skilled education, welding lessons including periodical examinations – total of 95 welders, rail vehicle repairmen, electrical mechanics, operating electricians and railway engineers with total of 40 hours minimum;
- Technical and other skilled educational activities, non-destructive testing courses including examinations – total of 3 supervisors, diagnosticians and rail vehicle repairmen with total of 40 hours minimum;
- Soft skills, managerial ability activities – total participation of 76 headquarter division directors, operational unit and rail wagon repair centres directors, heads of operational workplaces and rail wagon repairs centres, or other directors or senior staff, total of 40 hours;
- Specialised IT activity – total of 9 IS administrators and experts in the ICT area with courses of total of 40 hours minimum. Mainly ALTWORX s.r.o. employees took part in this activity.
Projekt je v souladu se strategickým cílem rozvíjet systém interního opravárenství a díky podpoře systému vzdělávání být rovněž vyhledávaným zaměstnavatelem. Projekt navíc zapojil do vzdělávání i ředitele a vybrané vedoucí zaměstnance společnosti.

– Professional education in welding in an amount of CZK 806,920 for courses and wage subsidies
