If a purchaser or recipient of a service from ČD Cargo, a.s. is a consumer, that purchaser or recipient has the right to the out-of-court settlement of a consumer dispute arising from the purchase contract or service agreement in accordance with Act No. 634/1992 Coll., on Consumer Protection, as amended; the subject of such an out-of-court consumer dispute settlement is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz).
