Jiří Horáček’s appointment is part of the company’s restructuring activities, during which the role of the sales team was significantly strengthened, for example by establishing the positions of Key Account Managers for contact with key customers.
Jiří Horáček worked, among other positions, as Director of Sales and Marketing in the area of digitalization at the Škoda Group, where he participated in building the Group’s strong market position in Central and Eastern Europe and in the successful expansion into new markets including Germany, Finland, the USA and India. He also worked at PwC Czech Republic, where he was responsible for brand development and launching new digital sales channels.
