With effect from 01.01.2024, the joint-stock company ČD Cargo issues the full wording of the Contractual transport conditions of ČD Cargo, a.s., (SPP) after Amendment 17.
The subject of Amendment No. 17 to the SPP is mainly changes in the transport of consignments by diversion (Article 2.20.6), in the customs area (Chapter 3.13) and in the electronic clearance of consignments (adding the possibility of an electronic signature in Appendix 5). Furthermore, in Chapter 3.1 and Appendix 15, the principles for special transport conditions are extended also for the delivery of consignments.
