An Internal Whistleblowing System has been introduced, which enshrines mechanisms
for identifying, reporting and investigating concerns about illegal conduct and ensuring
the protection of whistleblowers.ČD Cargo complies with anti-corruption rules and a programme to prevent the
occurrence of criminal liability of legal entities.ČD Cargo regularly trains employees in the field of ethics, prevention of illegal conduct
and corruption.

Policy regarding ČD Cargo suppliers
ČD Cargo emphasizes responsible management of relationships with its suppliers, including their evaluation and taking into account social and environmental criteria.
Key aspects of the policy:
- Once a year, an evaluation of major suppliers takes place.
- When awarding procurements, social and environmental criteria are taken into account
in accordance with the internal “Methodology for Responsible Awarding of Public and
Other Contracts”. - All suppliers must unconditionally comply with the Code of Ethics of the suppliers of
the company ČD Cargo, a. s.
