Radim Ječný graduated from the Prague University of Economics and Business, Department of Logistics – International Transport and Forwarding, and recently successfully completed his doctoral studies at the same university. He gained his first work experience at Čechofracht, where he later acted also as a member of the board of directors. He obtained international experience in logistics at one of the largest sea shipping companies, CMA CGM, where he was responsible for intermodal container transport. He also worked with Touax Rail Ltd. for a long time. In recent years, he has been running his own business. Mr. Ječný joins ČD Cargo with the aim of restoring customer confidence and strengthening the market position of the national rail freight carrier.
