Transport Management Department – Customer Service Center

Today's world places ever greater demands on speed, accuracy, and efficiency. We plan according to customer requirements, focusing on communication and planning throughout the entire transport journey. The task of the Transport Management Department is to ensure that all customer requirements are met to the greatest extent possible.

The department is divided into two parts – the Commodity Managers and the Customer Service Center.

Commodity managers (7 a.m. to 3 p.m.)

  • Preparation of business cases for execution and their subsequent management and coordination
  • Information on the progress of transport within Europe
  • Transport plan modifications

Customer Service Center 24/7

The customer service center ensures 24/7 operational communication with customers or other partners during the execution of business cases. It provides in particular:

  • Information on extraordinary events on the Czech railway network (track closures, accidents)
  • Information on train movements
  • Supervision of transports in 24/7 mode
