On April 20, 2022, ČD Cargo, a.s., issued bonds with a total nominal value of EUR 40 million, with an issue price of 100% of the nominal value of the bonds, maturing on 31 December 2028, and with a fixed interest yield of 1.92% p.a.
The main investor was Všeobecná uvěrová banka, a.s., Prague branch, the main manager and administrator of the issue was UniCredit Bank Czech Republic and Slovakia, a.s.
Proceeds from this bond issue will be used for general corporate purposes, in particular for investment and development activities.
