"Ad hoc" trains

Conditions for transport of consignment in wagons in "ad hoc" scheme

  1. "Ad hoc" system trains are considered any integrated trains beyond the train transport operating schedule, including trains as needed.
  2. Each "ad hoc" system transport (any integrated wagon in "ad hoc" scheme) must be ordered by customer via electronic "'´Ad hoc´ Train Order".  The model form of the order with required data is in editable form published on the website: www.cdcargo.cz. Completed order shall be sent electronically to the following address: order@cdcargo.cz.
  3. Order of train in "ad hoc" scheme in inland transport is sent by customer at least 24 hours prior to the anticipated or required train departure, i.e. latest the last business day by 08:00 before the day of the anticipated or required departure of the train.
  4. Order of train in "ad hoc" scheme in international transport is sent by customer at least 48 hours prior to the anticipated or required train departure, i.e. latest the last but one business day by 08:00 before the day of the anticipated or required departure of the train.
  5. Any later orders need not be reflected
  6. For the purpose of an "ad hoc" train order, inland transport includes any train that arrived from abroad and has its destination station in CR (import).
  7. On part of the customer, an already accepted order of train in "ad hoc" scheme can be cancelled or changed electronically in written form (freely) sent to the following address: order@cdcargo.cz. If such cancellation or change of the order by customer results in expenses for any already provided affairs, technologies and track capacity, the carrier charges such expenses to the customer, alternatively counts the agreed contractual fees.
  8. The carrier may cancel or change an already accepted order in justified cases. The responsible employee of the carrier informs the customer (electronically or by phone) and, if possible, suggest an alternative solution. The settlement of any resulting damages is resolved in accordance with the relevant commercial contracts.
