With effect from 1 July 2022, the joint-stock company ČD Cargo issues the full wording of the Contractual transport conditions of ČD Cargo, a.s. (SPP) after Amendment 15.
The subject of Amendment No. 15 to the SPP is to define the validity of the SPP in the territory of the Czech Republic only, to specify the data required for ordering of extraordinary consignments and to amend the principles for completing the Handover and Return Notes.
At the same time, the text of the SPP is updated in line with the development of legislation in freight transport.
Changes in the text are color-coded.
