Collective bargaining was completed at ČD Cargo today. The new company collective labour agreement will be valid from 1 April 2022 to 31 March 2023. The most significant change in the parameters is a nominal increase in all tariff wages by CZK 1,100. Contrary to common practice, no percentage increase occurs due to the effort to take into account the current inflation rate for employees in lower tariff classes. At the same time, some other non-tariff components of wages have been adjusted, which valuate the higher rate of night work and the flexibility of our employees.
